Bread has always meant more than food to me. It’s comfort, it’s connection, it’s culture. Growing up in Switzerland, braided loaves on a Sunday or a tasty country crust at a family picnic weren’t just staples. They were a way of life.
As the world gets faster, I knew that something slow, grounding, and beautiful needed to be brought back and brought further. I wanted to share the real bread I grew up with, the kind that’s rich with tradition, easy to make, and full of heart.
So I started testing recipes with one goal in mind: to create high-quality, authentic European bread mixes that anyone could bake. No stress. No compromise.
That’s how crust & crave began.
Today, I’m proud to bring a piece of my culture, and all the warmth, simplicity, and soul that comes with it, to kitchens across the U.S.
